C3 Athletics Training acts as the data controller of the personal information described here.

- Booking & scheduling — session bookings, attendance, cancellations.

- Waiver & consent records — signed liability waivers and consent timestamps.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar telemetry.

- To create and manage parent and athlete accounts.
- To schedule training sessions and track athlete development.

- To process subscriptions and payments through our payment provider.
- To send service updates, program news, and (with consent) marketing.

Where applicable, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering training you signed up for), legitimate interests (running and improving our program safely), consent (marketing and optional cookies), and legal obligations (recordkeeping, safety).

- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email, and analytics vendors that help us run the platform.
- Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record) — for sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Scheduling integrations — such as vCita where you book through our site.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and insurance advisers.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect safety.
We do not sell personal information.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, safety, and dispute-resolution needs. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized.
