These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, programs, and services offered by C3 Athletics Training ("C3", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who We Are

C3 Athletics Training is a youth sports performance program based in South Carolina (Irmo, Chapin, Lexington, and Columbia) providing coaching, mentorship, and athletic training for kids.

2. Accounts

A parent or legal guardian must create the account and register any minor athletes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you're creating an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by: (a) using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) attempting to defraud, spam, or harass others; (c) infringing intellectual-property rights; or (d) interfering with the security or integrity of the service (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing technical limits).

4. Program Participation & Waiver

Participation in athletic training carries inherent physical risk. You must sign our liability waiver before your athlete may participate. You confirm your athlete is physically able to participate and will follow coach instructions.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer-service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. Drop-in sessions are one-time purchases. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or via paddle.net.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle.

7. Intellectual Property

The C3 Athletics Training service, including our website, branding, curricula, training materials, videos, and software, is owned by C3 and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

8. Content You Provide

You retain rights to content you submit (messages, athlete photos, notes) and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

9. Service Level

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, unsafe behavior at training, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions (IP, liability, indemnity) survive.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify C3 against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will notify you (for example, by email or in-app). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
